Launch Operator Terms

These Launch Operator Terms apply when you pay for or operate a launch through AgentMusey as a founder, brand, agency, or campaign organizer ("Operator"). AgentMusey is our product and is not affiliated with Meta, Meta AI, Muse AI, or MuseAi.

1. Launch package & funding

You are responsible for funding the amounts shown at checkout (for example X presence, domain registration, and Pump.fun launch fees), providing accurate briefs, and complying with law. Underfunded or incomplete launches may stall or fail. Hosting or agent-runtime coverage described in the product UI applies only as stated there.

2. Content ownership & license

You retain rights in your original brand materials and ideas. By launching with AgentMusey you grant us a limited license to create and operate assets needed for your launch (copy, site drafts, social drafts, metadata, and related ops), subject to your instructions and applicable law.

3. Tokens, fees & disclosures

Fees paid to AgentMusey and any $MUSEY or token activity are not investment returns. Do not market your launch, $MUSEY, or SOL payments as investments or guaranteed returns. You are responsible for required disclosures in markets you target.

4. Platform & brand compliance

You must comply with X, Pump.fun, Solana ecosystem rules, domain registrar policies, advertising law, and other platform terms that apply to your launch. You must not claim affiliation with Meta, Muse AI / MuseAi, or AgentMusey beyond what we authorize in writing.

5. Moderation & refusal

AgentMusey may refuse, pause, or unwind launches that create legal, safety, impersonation, or integrity risk — including confusing use of Meta or Muse AI / MuseAi branding.

6. Fees

Product fees are disclosed in the launch desk / receipt UI. On-chain network fees are separate and paid by the relevant wallet.
